What is a Maternal Fetal Care provider?

Maternal fetal care providers care for high-risk pregnancies. Maternal fetal care providers receive training and certification in order to care for high-risk pregnancy patients. Patients can be considered high-risk if they have chronic health conditions, carrying multiples, over the age of 35 and more.
