Avocado and Coconut Refresher Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 small avocados, peeled and pitted
- 3 cups unsweetened almond-coconut milk
- 3 cups frozen mango cubes
In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients until smooth.
Blueberry Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries
- 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon honey
- splash vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a blender. Process until the mixture is completely smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add additional milk. Pour and serve immediately.
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 1/3 cup fat-free, plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3-4 ice cubes
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients for one minute, or until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a glass. Serve immediately.
Strawberry Orange Smoothie
Ingredients
- 10 frozen, unsweetened strawberries
- 1 cup fat-free, plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup 100% orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia sweetener or 1 stevia sweetener packet
In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients until smooth.
Tropical Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 medium orange
- 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 medium banana
- 2 cups ice
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, process the spinach, water and honey until blended.
- Add the orange, mango and banana. Process until smooth.
- Add the ice, 1/4 cup at a time, until the desired consistency.
