How it Works

1. Find your healthcare provider and make an appointment

Select your provider and call the office to schedule a virtual visit appointment.
Be sure to write down your provider’s site code. You will be asked to enter it when you download the app and create an account.

2. Download the App and Create An Account

Go to the Apple App Store to download the free app for our virtual visit technology. Using the app is the fastest way to connect with your medical provider and get the care you need.

3. Consultation

With a wait time of under 15 minutes, you will receive a face-to-face consultation with one of our compassionate and experienced healthcare providers. After a thorough diagnosis, you will receive a care plan and, if appropriate, a prescription to help you get on the road to recovery.
